GREAT EXPERIENCE! 🌞🌞 Rapid response and communication from initial meeting to final execution of project. Tony responded quickly to our requested exterior house painting. We had our split level home repainted on the exterior. Tony was the representative and initial contact of EZ Painting North Shore when we started our search. Tony reached out within 10 minutes of requesting this project. His persistent communication was at first annoying that then turned into endearing! (BTW, wanted 3 bids, yet no other company followed up even after several requests). Tony remained patient and polite during the negotiations and bidding process. Picked colors with Donna at our kitchen table. A true gentleman! Tony turned the actual process of painting the house to the owner and project manager, John. The entire exterior painting project only took 3 days plus a follow up day to adjust our request to improvise one or two changes. The crew showed up early each day (start time 8:00; they were in my driveway at 7:45 all 4 days with John). All phases of the project went perfect from replacing weather beaten trim, prep and painting. A professional job from beginning to even the clean up.
John, Tony and the entire crew were trustworthy, honest and hard working. We would recommend EZ North Shore for any painting projects either interior or exterior. BTW, the price was very reasonable. Thanks EZ Painting team ! A job well done.❤️

Our experience from start to finish was a wonderful experience. From meeting Tony who reviewed the services and quoted the job in a fast, professional and personal way. To meeting our date and finishing the job within the time estimated. The team doing the prepping and painting was friendly and meticulous with their work! Tony and John helped us with ceiling work in our home, including removing the popcorn texture and repainting the ceilings.

Both were professional and highly responsive, which made the project much smoother than I could have hoped for.

Tony came by the house to talk about the work needed, and was both knowledgeable and patient in explaining various options. He then helped to provide quotes for those options, so that we could choose one that fit our budget. Once the work was agreed upon, John provided the initial schedule estimates and proactively gave regular updates on progress throughout the project.

Their guys started soon after we signed the agreement, and they finished exactly on schedule. We were very happy with the results.

I would go with these guys again for future work. Highly recommend.
