Scheduled a free quote online and Jeff came by and gave us a quick quote. We ended up signing a few days later. We scheduled the job to be done while we were out of town as to not let the fumes affect my pregnant wife and toddler. They were extremely professional and sent picture updates. Jeff was always in contact and was helpful getting the financing set up. There was one error on an entryway and they came back and fixed it the very next day. Overall we had great communication and the finished product is flawless!! Would recommend!!
We had EmeraldPro paint our brick house in October 2023. Steve was our first contact in the process. He came to our house, sat down with us and went over what the process would be to paint the whole house. We were very impressed with his knowledge. One thing that helped us was that Steve provided a rendering of our house based on the initial colors we had discussed. Although we went with slightly different colors, being able to see what the house would possibly look like helped. The crew that did the painting worked hard and did a great job. The actual work done to remove popcorn ceiling and paint was as expected. However, the cost was very high for the lack of clean up that was done afterwards. There was paint tracked all across my back deck, dust everywhere, a broken stone in my entryway and items left at the house.
