Cameron and his team did such a phenomenal job painting the entire interior of our new home. They even painted our kitchen cabinets, stair railings, and a couple of accent walls. The cabinets used to be a 90’s looking oak and the fresh paint brightened up and helped update the whole look of our home. We love it!! Cameron was very responsive, helpful, supportive, and involved every step of the way. He gave great recommendations and insights for color selections too, which I really appreciated! The customer service was very impressive and they willingly made any tweaks or additions that were requested, like painting an additional exterior door. The quality of the job met our expectations in every way! We are so happy that we went with Paint EZ! BEWARE🤬🤬🤬Waste of $6800. 1 year ago we had our house painted. We noticed paint peeling less than a year later. I made an appointment with Cameron who wanted the paint rep to come as well. They were a no show. Cameron told me the paint rep cancelled at the last minute. We rescheduled. Cameron was late but the paint rep was on time. I asked the paint rep about our first no show appointment and he said this was the first appointment Cameron had set up. When Cameron showed up and we walked around the house, he informed me it isn’t covered under warranty because of the horizontal wood and said I should have read the contract. The vertical wood should have still been covered. There was not one side of our house that didn’t have paint peeling off of it. He was such a jerk and it was apparent he wasn’t interested in helping make things right. The paint rep offered to give us a gallon of paint for our trim and house to touch up and Cameron said he would come out to touch up areas within the next week. After they left, I text Cameron that we left samples of the paint for him to match (he never kept a record of the paint numbers) since the numbers were not readable on the old paint container. He never responded or followed through. He was caught in a lie and I wouldn’t trust him. We spent a substantial amount of money and our house is no better off than before we had him come.
