Both were professional and highly responsive, which made the project much smoother than I could have hoped for.
Tony came by the house to talk about the work needed, and was both knowledgeable and patient in explaining various options. He then helped to provide quotes for those options, so that we could choose one that fit our budget. Once the work was agreed upon, John provided the initial schedule estimates and proactively gave regular updates on progress throughout the project.
Their guys started soon after we signed the agreement, and they finished exactly on schedule. We were very happy with the results.
